Very clean, fresh and very friendly staff. We asked for something extra and that was not a problem at all. Friendly faces in all staff, makes a difference in the total experience. Quiet and calm Fab breakfast! Did not mìss a thing

I enjoyed my visit here my room was clean my shower was awesome and my breakfast was good except of the coffee there is much room for improvement. The staff was very helpful and very friendly overall I enjoyed my visit! I will come back!

This hotel is very similar to the nearby Connect Hotel but generally a bit better, mainly for the breakfast. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom and excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff and good wifi (although it wasn'tt working for a period on the first evening). I've tried three hotels in central Kista and this is the best so far.

Simply a place to sleep and eat a good breakfast. Strange the respesionist didn't speak "Svenska" at all, since we are in Sweden. Too bad :(. Later on the Swedish speaking staff was at hand. Thats why I didn't give them 5 stars. Stayed there for 3 nights. No refreshing of the room during our stay. If you don't ask for it that is. They say the company will pay an amount for some charity. Think of it as you like... It is not possible to open any window, but despite a very hot and sunny weather, the room temperature was OK. If you come by car, and don't want to drive around in Stockholm, this is the place. The hotel is very close to the subway, which brings you downtown in 20 minutes. You may park in a garage in the hotel basement, with elevator up to the rooms. Cheap parking to, SEK 92.00 each day.

The overall hotel look is great. Very modern, clean and some stand out facilities. However, the hotel misses the mark with some basic hotel necessities. Cleaning is done only on request. The excuse here its better for the environment. But, honestly, cleaning a room (excluding changing towels) does no damage to the environment. Also, there is no coffee or tea free in room or in the reception area. The excuse here from the hotel is so they can minimise the cost and bring those savings to the customer. Guess what, a kettle costs £5 (the cost of which if split over many guests is not even a cost anymore) and those coffee or tea sacks per room doesn’t cost more than £1 for 2 people per day. So, the hotel is either lazy or really wants to sell their £1.50 coffee from the reception. Other weird things include no pancakes to older people(only for kids) and automated check in. Automated check in isn’t friendly because those front tables don’t give you any information such as when breakfast is served, what facilities are there etc... Ending on a good note, when you do get to speak to staff, they are super friendly and always prepared to help. They should be commended. They also were able to accommodate our early breakfast request. Lastly, the breakfast served was good. It’s a good stay but some of the basic flaws are upsetting to see.
