Take Five -hotellipassi on käytettävissä pääasiassa viikonloppuisin. Loma-aikoina toivotamme sinut kuitenkin tervetulleeksi joka päivä! Katso päivämäärät ja vastaukset muihin usein kysyttyihin kysymyksiin sekä hotellipassin ehdot alempaa tältä sivulta.
Kyllä, voit tietenkin halutessasi yöpyä kaikki 5 yötä samassa hotellissa. Voit myös käyttää korkeintaan 3 yötä yhtenä ja samana yönä sillä edellytyksellä, että hotellissa on tämän tarjouksen mukaisia vapaita huoneita kyseisinä päivinä.
Tarjous koskee kahta henkilöä Moderate- tai Standard-huoneessa. Jos tarvitset lisävuoteen, lemmikkiystävällisen huoneen tai vastaavan, asia on useimmiten ratkaistavissa, jos otat yhteyttä suoraan hotelliin. Tästä veloitetaan lisämaksu.
Lapset ovat lämpimästi tervetulleita hotelleihimme! Jos sinulla on korkeintaan kaksi lasta (korkeintaan 9 vuoden ikäisiä), he voit yöpyä maksutta jakaessaan vuoteen vanhempiensa kanssa.
Yli 9-vuotiaille lapsille tulee varata lisävuode. Lisävuoteen hinta vaihtelee hotelleittain, mutta se on noin 250 kruunua/yö. Lisäkuluja voi ilmetä siinä tapauksessa, jos teidän täytyy siirtyä suurempaan huoneeseen, jotta saatte tilaa lisävuoteelle.
Tietenkin lemmikkisi on tervetullut. Jos otat karvaisen ystäväsi mukaasi, siitä veloitetaan lisämaksu, joka maksetaan paikan päällä hotellissa. Hinta voi vaihdella, mutta useimmissa hotelleissa lemmikistä veloitetaan 300 kruunua per vierailu, tai 400 kruunua kahdesta tai useammasta lemmikistä. On tärkeää, että ilmoitat lemmikistäsi hotelliin varauksen teon yhteydessä, jotta teistä voidaan huolehtia parhaalla tavalla.
Voit varata huoneita 15. huhtikuuta asti ja yöpyä 16. huhtikuuta 2023 asti. Tämän tarjouksen voimassaoloaikaa ja yöpymisaikaa ei valitettavasti ole mahdollista pidentää.

Totta kai, aamiainen sisältyy hintaan kaikissa hotelleissa – lukuun ottamatta Comfort Hotel® Xpress -hotelleja, At Six ja Glo Hotel Airport. Niissä voit ostaa aamiaisen paikan päällä.
Tämä voi vaihdella hotelleittain. Yleisesti ottaen kuntosalin ja rentoutumisosaston käyttö sisältyy hintaan kaikissa Comfort Hotel®-, Quality Hotel™-, Clarion Collection® Hotel- ja Clarion Hotel® -hotelleissa. Kun kirjaudut sisään hotelliin, kerro vastaanottohenkilölle, että sinulla on Take Five -hotellipassi, ja anna hotellipassissasi oleva ainutlaatuinen koodi. Vastaanottohenkilö kirjaa sinut sisään normaalisti. Ainoa poikkeava asia tavalliseen check-iniin verrattuna on se, että sinun tulee ilmoittaa hotellipassikoodisi nimesi ja varausnumerosi lisäksi.
Ei, hotellipassi on henkilökohtainen ja passin omistajan (henkilön, jonka nimi on passissa) tulee itse yöpyä yhdessä huoneista ja näyttää henkilötodistuksensa check-inin yhteydessä. Hotellipassissa ja huonevarauksessa tulee siis olla sama nimi, ja tietenkin myös check-inin yhteydessä. Sen sijaan passin omistajan kanssa matkustavan/matkustavien henkilön/henkilöiden ei tarvitse olla samoja joka vierailulla.

Saat jokaisesta yöstä 899 pistettä. Jos olet unohtanut kirjautua sisään, voit ilmoittaa jäsennumerosi hotellissa sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä.
Ansaitset myös yöpymiseen oikeuttavan yön jokaista yöpymistä kohti. Muut edut eivät ole voimassa.
Kyllä voit! Voit varata huoneen haluamastasi hotellista ja maksaa osan yöpymisestä passillasi. Tarkasta kuitenkin, että teet varauksen käyttäen hintatyyppiä, jossa huone maksetaan hotellissa. Kerro sitten vastaanottohenkilölle check-inin yhteydessä, että sinulla on Take Five -hotellipassi, jolloin hotelli vähentää hotelliyön passista – toisin sanoen he vähentävät 89 € huoneen hinnasta.
1.1 The terms apply between you and Nordic Choice Commercial Services AS, org.no. NO 968 819 372, ("Nordic Choice Hotels") when purchasing the Take Five hotel pass, hereinafter called hotel pass at www.nordicchoicehotels.com (the "Website").
1.2 By purchasing a hotel pass on the Website, you thereby also agree to these terms and conditions.
2.1 The hotel pass can be purchased by using one of the payment methods shown on the Website. When making a purchase, the payment terms on the Website apply in as far as these are not stipulated in these terms and conditions.
2.2 The hotel pass has a fixed price of EUR 445, NOK/SEK 4495.
2.3 Once the purchase of the hotel pass is complete, the hotel pass will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
3.1 The hotel pass is valid from 20 December 2022 - 16 April 2023 (last possible check-out date). Once the validity period has expired, the hotel pass can no longer be used. Any value not used at the end of the validity period will expire. It is not possible to extend the validity period of the hotel pass or exchange the value for cash.
4.2 If you book one night at a discounted price on the booking page without having a hotel pass when you check in at the hotel, you pay the current price for the room.
4.3 You can cancel and rebook a hotel night until 16:00 on the scheduled day of arrival.
4.4 The Take Five hotel pass is valid for a maximum of 5 nights.
4.5 The hotel pass is personal meaning that the booking must be in the owner's name.
4.6 The hotel pass owner can bring a guest to stay in the same room if the room is booked for two people. If you need accommodation for more than two people, you will be charged for an extra bed or may be required to pay for a larger room where the extra bed can be accommodated. If an extra bed is needed, it must be entered in the special request box at the time of booking. The extra fee is payable directly at the hotel.
5.1 This offer is valid for overnight stays in a Moderate or Standard Room for up to two people. Upgrades and other add-ons are available at an additional cost. Please note that some hotels will only offer Moderate rooms when using a hotel pass.
5.2 The hotel pass is used to pay for hotel nights booked on the hotel pass booking page. The value of the hotel night is deducted when you check in at the hotel.
5.3 The hotel pass is personal and can only be used by the person who owns the hotel pass. The hotel may require identification at the time of check-in.
5.4 The hotel pass cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
5.5 You can choose where you want to spend your 5 nights. You can find the list of available hotels here.
5.6 Cancellation of hotel nights must be made on the Website. As payment is due at the time of check-in, cancellations will not affect the value of the hotel pass. Cancellations are to be made no later than 16:00 on the scheduled day of arrival.
7.1 When purchasing a hotel pass, we will use the personal details required to be able to fulfill our obligations according to these terms and conditions, and to ensure a payment by card can be processed. When you purchase the hotel pass, we will use your email address, your name and certain payment information.
7.2 Nordic Choice Hotels will process your purchase of the hotel pass in collaboration with GiftUp. When purchasing the hotel pass, your personal information will be transferred to GiftUp in order to enable the use of the hotel passt in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8.1 As a consumer, your right of withdrawal period is 14 days when you purchase the hotel pass via the Website. The right of withdrawal means that you can cancel your purchase of the hotel pass without having to provide a reason. If your right of withdrawal is approved, your purchase of the hotel pass will be refunded. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days from the date the hotel pass was purchased.
8.2 The right of withdrawal does not include hotel, restaurant or spa bookings made via the website.
9.1 If the hotel pass has been accidentally erased, it may be replaced under certain circumstances. Please contact our Customer Service if you would like to check whether this is possible.
9.2 Nordic Choice Hotels cannot be held responsible if information about the hotel pass is shared with third parties or if you suspect the unauthorised use of the hotel pass. You agree to notify Nordic Choice Hotels immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of the hotel pass.
9.3 In the event of unlawful use of the hotel pass, Nordic Choice Hotels reserves the right to suspend the passport, as well as, charge the buyer for costs incurred as a result of the unlawful use.
9.4 If these terms and conditions conflict with other terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to the purchase and use of the hotel pass.
9.5 Norwegian law shall apply to these conditions. Disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the Norwegian public court, unless mandatory rules on consumer protection stipulate otherwise.
