Clarion Hotel® Malmö Live

Huoh! Olimme etukäteen pyytänyt hiljaista huonetta kauniilla maisemilla sekä parkkipaikkaa autolle, joka oli yksi hotellin valinta kriteeri. Kävi ilmi, että parkkipaikkaa meille ei ollutkaan ja saimme epämääräiset ohjeet mistä löydetään vaihtoehtoinen paikka. Meitä käskettiin menemään suoraan, kun lähin löytyy kyllä nurkan takaa, kun osaa etsiä vihreää??? parkkipaikkan merkkiä. Huoneen saimme 5. kerroksesta, jossa verhot oli jo valmiiksi suljettu, jotta emme tarvitse katsoa tiiliseinää. Huone kivasti sisustettu ja siinä hyvä vuode. Ajatelimme käydä saunassa, mutta se jäi yritykseksi, kun sauna oli yhteinen miehille ja naisille. 2 Ruotasalaista miestä makasi siellä täysin alasti vaikka saunaan siirrtytiin julkisten tilojen kautta. Aamuyöstä heräsimme, kun koko 25 kerrosta korkea hotelli tärisi, kun yläkerran skybaarissa oli menossa jamit. Huonemme oli siis 20. kerrosta alempana, kuin missä musiikkia soitetiin. Liekkö tästä syystä, että heti aamiaisen alettua aamiaisella oli tosi paljon porukkaa vaikka oli lauantai aamu. Lähtiessä hissit olivat erittäin hitaat. Odotimme lähes 10 minuuttia, jotta saimme toisen meistä mahtumaan hissiin matkalaukun kanssa.

Todella tyylikäs ja moderni hotelli.Erityisesti Suosittelen ottamaan kulmahuoneen niin saa mahtavat maisemat kun huoneen 2 seinää on melki kokonaan lasia!.Huoneet todella siistejä ja sänky todella hyvä.Huoneessa oli myös bluetooth soitin josta voi soitella langattomasti musiikkia.Aamiainen oli myös todella laaja ja laadukas.En ihan heti muista ,että olisin saanut parempaa aamupalaa mistään hotellista.Ainut asia mikä ei miellyttänyt oli suihkun todella matala paine joka johtuu hotellin ekologisista asioista.Sijainti mahtava ihan keskustan vieressä.Suosittelen ehdottomasti!.

Modern hotel but with plenty of character and charm. Rooms on the higher floors have a great view over the city and the sea. Very helpful staff. The only thing that was not perfect was the access by car. But in all fairness that was probably to blame not on the driver but the gps in the car. It took us to the back side of the hotel so we were a bit confused before we found the entrance. Once in however, we had a great time and hope to be back sometime soon.

Had a crazy fun and nice workstay at Clarion Malmö live. It is very awesome to end a good workday with bubbles and perfect dining in the skybar. This summer the skybar will get a complementary outdoor rooftop bar / terrace for malmö sky watching 🥂👍. We had a perfect corner room suite for our meetings. i was very impressed by the glass wall between welcome staff/check-in and us customers. This felt safe and also very nice, should be copied to all nordic choice hotels. This was a very nice safe stay 😊

I spend more time in hotels than I do at home. So trust what I am going say is not going to criticize but rather to be fair to the business. The hotel Clarion Malmo Live has many deficiencies which are not to be expected from the hotel of the 4 Star calibre. 1) we called for laundry to be picked up - they said they would but never did. 2) the rooms cleaning service is every 5 days, according to them during COVID. The carpet is black so it looks really messy. 3) the iron didn’t work, it’s just wet your clothes and never heated up. 4) the stench in the bathroom was unbearable. (Have to do something with their tubes). So, form a 4 star hotel this is a huge disappointment and misguidance. Other than that, the building is well located and the breakfast was excellent.
