Comfort Hotel® City

Location: Great location. Walking distance from a lot of tourist attractions. Nordstan Shopping Mall @ 5 minutes distance which has a McDonalds, Burgerking & Pizzahut. Subway & KFC close by as well. Excellent Bakery opposite the hotel with a great selection of Desserts. Check In Process: Very fast and efficient. Room: The room was quite small for two people & we had a bunk bed but we did not mind that at all. Cleaning Service was once every 4 days or on request which was fine for us as well. Breakfast: Good options like Bacon, Sausages, scrambled eggs, cereals & a variety of breads & fruits. Check Out: Very fast and efficient. Conclusion: We had an excellent holiday & will definitely stay here again.

Many people compliment the location of the hotel - it is beyond competition, as well as the delicious breakfasts. But most of all for the pleasant atmosphere and positive traveling experience I'd like to thank Andy, the wonderful and friendly host. 😄

Unfortunately I was very dissapointed about this hotel. A lot of noice, very loud from other rooms/hallways. Dirty, cold, bathrooms. No table available at breakfast, even though we had booked a mandatory time slot. Stay away! 🐥 Ps. Really enjoyed the rest of Gothenburgh!!

Good location a few blocks from railway station. The room was small, but considering that I paid next to nothing it was no problem. Everything that I needed for staying one night was there and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The wall-to-wall carpet could have been replaced, but that is just a minor detail. Fast WiFi was included in the room. The breakfast had everything that I wanted to get a good start of the day.

We stayed in a family room and had lots of space. Well organised room with bunk beds for the children to allow for lounge chairs. Really well done. The buffet breakfast bar was slightly too crowded and should perhaps have been organised different to allow for more seats and more distancing between guests. Professional service and great quality room make this a perfect choice for family visits!
