Clarion Collection® Hotel Odin

Otsikossapa tuo päätarina tulikin. Neljän tähden hotelliksi huone (mm. suihkutila, lattiat) kuitenkin aivan liian kulahtanut. Iltapala mukava lisä, mutta klo 20:30 ruoat jo aika lailla loppu. Eli ole ajoissa! Palvelusta plussat!

Yövyimme täällä 3 yötä, mikä oli ihanteellista meille. Meillä oli upea huone, joka oli kuin pienoishuoneisto - erittäin tilava. Aamiainen ja iltabuffet sisältyivät hintaan - me olemme kasvissyöjiä, eikä meille ollut paljon lämmintä syötävää, joten olisimme kyllästyneet valikoimaan, jos olisimme viipyneet kauemmin. Aulassa oli tarjolla ilmaista kahvia, kakkuja jne. Erittäin hyvä sijainti - lyhyt kävelymatka sekä juna-asemalle että kauppoihin. Suosittelisimme kaikille. Henkilökunta oli uskomattoman avuliasta, ja kaikki puhuivat englantia, mistä oli apua!!

nice and cosy rooms, make sure about the food ingredients, if you have allergy, double check! and it is quiet crowded dinner area in the morning and in the evening. Staff was nice to make a table for you.

I find the hotel very practical and comfortable, but slightly outdated and torn in the interior. The reception is at the second floor of a bit boring building. The reception per se' is quite nice, with a bit of a modern touch. The staff is friendly and efficient. To reach the room one has to take an elevator in the entrance of the building/outside the reception, which is a very boring staircase area. To access the room corridors, one has to use the card. The door there seems very sterile and the corridors were plain ugly. The room is not cosy, but it was spacious, with a good desk, some armchairs, a quite big wardrobe (although there was no possibility to close it), no safe. The nighttable are minimalistic and I had barely the space to put my stuff there. The room was equipped also with two extra beds. The bed per se' was quite alright, I would have preferred a little bit harder and better supporting pillows, but it was ok for one night. The temperature in the room was a thud too warm and I couldn't find any way to regulate it. However, it was not disturbing in any way. The room was also quite well insulated from outside noise. I heard just some faint sound of the other doors, but nothing that would wake me up at night. Despite being on a decently big road and near the railway, I was not disturbed at all during the sleep. The bathroom was quite ok, with a decent shower and a nice clean sink. The interior was not too modern, all very minimalistic, but I liked to not see all small bottles of extra products. I would have preferred maybe a couple of towels extra, but this was good enough. The shower was functional, but a bit torn and with some traces of water deposit. It could have been a bit better, I believe. The breakfast seemed very nice. I didn't have the opportunity to try all the food, but I liked the tea selections (although there was no organic options), the smoothies and I thought that the juices were a bit plain. The bacon and eggs was very tasty. The interior though of the breakfast area was not hyper nice. I think i have been in some other Clarion hotel and it was exactly the same style. It felt a bit lacking some charm. All together, a decent stay. Good position and practical rooms. Maybe not the fanciest hotel in town and maybe not all the rooms are the same, but this was suiting me.

Outstanding hotel. Quiet, well designed, comfortable , clean. Breakfast buffet was the best we ever experienced. Recommended highly! Huge TV flatscreen. Reception and staff were very friendly. The hotel is dog friendly. Dinner was excellent as well.
