Frösö Park Hotel

We stayed for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything about the hote is fantastic - especially the customer service. Every member of staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is chilled. The spa is beautiful and extremely relaxing. The views from our very quiet, corner room (524) were beautiful. The food and cocktails and service for both dinner and breakfast were excellent and the massage therapist was superb. A really excellent hotel and a huge thank you to every member of staff who contributes to the running of the place.

Nice location, view and spa. Our room was never cleaned (3 nights) and the jacuzzi in it was dirty and full of brown particles and hair, even when telling the reception it was not cleaned thereafter. So we didn't use it, neither did we ask for a refund, we'll simply not go there anymore. Most of the staff we talked to was nice but just started 2 weeks ago, there seemed to be no mgmt.

Evening dinner with recomendations from the kitchen. Lovely Skagenrøre follow by Entrecote. Good wine pairings as well. Great training and spa fascilities. Rooms nothng extra ordinary, but cleen. Good bed. Over all a great place to recharge.

Situated in the old military area at Frösö and airport (the airport is not busy, no need to worry about the noise), it is a bit further away from östersund but no problem as you probably have a car anyway. New hotel so everything is very fresh, bed is amazingly comfortable and the family room is of a very nice size. The rooms was very warm during this summer but it had climate control so it cooled down nicely during the evening. There are plenty of activities just outside with training area and equipment for big and small people. It is also possible to go to the lake from the hotel, probably 10 walk. The hotel has many sessions and spa treatments if you are into that. One of the best breakfast we had in hotels in sweden, a lot of choices and everything is fresh. Express checkout is available and the staff is very friendly.

This hotel is a very nice nordic hotel and resort. Great SPA Great people working there Great sleeping comfort Nice breakfast 👍 Only drawback is location, it is little bit off from everything including the airport. You need a car to get here. I had a great and safe SPA stay
