Clarion Collection® Hotel Bolinder Munktell

Historiallisessa tehdasrakennuksessa sijaitseva asiallinen hotelli, jossa on siistit tilat. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Autotalli on vieressä ja sen tilat ovat yhdessä tasossa. Ketjun hotelleissa mukavaa, että hyvän aamiaisen lisäksi tarjolla on iltapäiväkahvit ja ihan maittava iltabuffet, joka kuuluu huoneen hintaan. Pieni mukava ulkoterassi. Viereiseen teollisuushistorian museoon on vapaa pääsy hotellin asiakkaille.

Tämä vanhassa tehdasmiljöössä toimiva hotelli sijaitsee upealla paikalla aivan Eskilstunan keskustan tuntumassa. Hotellissa on hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma palvelu on ystävällistä. Tässä hotellissa on erinomainen aamiainen, runsas ja monipuolinen.

Amazing and charming stay If you intend to visit Erskilstuna, the perfect option for stay is the lovely Clarion Hotel Bolinger Munktell. A charming hotel with amazing staff: very nice, warmly and keen to help. Before we arrived, I have a perfect communication through booking apps with Lina who was very concern to resolve efficiently all my questions and problems. The staff at the reception was very friendly, giving us all the details, we need, even recommendations about the tea, the check-in was smooth and fast. The room was spotless clean, carefully made and we found a nice welcome note from Eliza. The hotel offer tea and coffee all day long and in the afternoon a very Swedish Fika with cookies and pastries. Also the staff at the restaurant was very attentive, always smiling and constantly asking if we need anything, All my congratulations for the Chef, I have a special diet and he made it very tasty and healthy. A note for the history lovers: the hotel offer free entry at Munktell Museum, and also the Hotel is almost an extension of the Museum, well decorated with historical industrial equipment and photos related to Munktell history. A big thanks to all the people from Clarion Bolinder Munktell Hotel, from the reception to restaurant and cleaning, for making us a charming and perfect holiday plenty of joyeuse memory. And I am pretty sure the staff ordered for us a magical snow like in the Nordic fairy tales.

Really great hotel in Eskilstuna. I stayed in room 40 which was a lovely quiet room on the first floor, and a really nice sized room. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, speaking great English - naturally! There was no actual dedicated bar area, but guests are welcome to sit in the restaurant area to enjoy a beer on an evening. The breakfast didn’t have the biggest range of food, but I have to say the coffee was excellent! We used the covered car park whilst we stayed at the hotel, which is conveniently connected to the hotel. I stayed for three nights and enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and would certainly recommend the hotel for guests wanting a great nights sleep!

The location is ideal, close to tourist places and right beside the water so a bit cozy to walk around. They have a very friendly and helpful staff by the name of Josefine. You can feel she really likes to help the guests. Food is OK during dinner, but staff there needs a bit of service-mindedness. Except for the cook (man) and Josefine who was assisting as well during peak hours, the others seem to be lost and/or completely uninterested. Breakfast time, every item seems to be finished all the time. One time no bread; when bread arrives, no bacon; when bacon arrives, no coffee. It is a bit frustrating. The room size is big so that is a plus.
