Quality Hotel™ Sarpsborg

Great location (Close to Sweden), water park / Superland, nice rooms, good breakfast (we had Taco night in the water park and American breakfast in the water park) which we all appreciated ... cool experience. Recommend continuing with this after the pandemic is over as well.

A lot to do in the hotel - perfect with rain weather outside. We got to relax 100% and have a really good time with our 1.5 year old son. To nights were enough to got a holiday feeling. The swimming pool and playing area was top - wished maybe that the adult area for the evening was a bit better - but all in all we had a great time. Saturday program for kids was not that great. Buffet breakfast and dinner was good for a buffet and nice with kids. Only negative: it gets expensive when you have to pay extra for everynting. Only breakfast included in the room. You have to pay for the swimming pool, dinner, coffee and water during the day ... wished it was more of an all included concept. Also our room in the second floor got really noisy on Saturday evening with kids running around all evening. But we will definitely come again, great concept.

Very nice staff with nice and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast!! Good restaurant with a very tasty hamburger which is easy to recommend. A very nice hotel near Sweden when work demands rest and accommodation.

Less than a week prior to arrival we received an email from the front desk saying they're expecting a party on the day of our arrival and that there would be played high music until 02 am that night. Further, they could not guarantee our room would not be affected by this... Since we were looking forward to a quiet night and good sleep we decided to write them and say due to their warning we wished to cancel our booking only to be told it was prepaid and unfortunatelly it was nothing they could do. Way to go to satisfy and appreciate your customer @nordicchoicehotels! Thumbs up...

The hotel is definately in need for some renovation. The rooms are old and of not so high quality. The lobby and the restaurant area is however very very nice! This is mostly a conference hotel, and everything around this is of high standard. Food is very good (breakfast very large and good, lunch buffet highly appreciated, dinner very good)
