Good location not far from Airport , good service, busy hotel a lot of tourist, gym ok, free parking, good and heavy breakfast, friendly staff, room was clean ,i will stay again next time. i recommend it

Nice and spacious hotel when on a business trip near Bergen Fleslan airport. Shuttle bus available in the mornings otherwise, its nice to walk too. Delicious and good breakfast buffet. Nice gym facilities located on the top floor.

On our seventh night (23 Sept 2019) we were put up at the Quality Hotel Bergen. Big and modern hotel with big lounges and comfortable settes in the lounges. Otherwise the room is comfortable although small. Consistent standard being mainaiined with two other Quality Hotels we stayed in the first few days of our tour. The dinner was classic and true to local flavour. The Soup is simply marvelous. The Fish main course is tasty and nice.The breakfast has good array of local products fresh from farm. Good bacon and sausages, fresh Romain and tomatoes and the Croissants are crispy and nice to eat..

great service, great room. The conference coverage was excellent. The breakfast was nice, although coffee can be improved! The room was comfortable and clean. Being able to grab something to eat from the kiosk in the lobby very convenient.

Have stayed here twice now - both times ‘superior’ room 478 so can only comment on the room Pros: mini fridge good for keeping evening drinks chilled. Windows can be opened but noisy during day due to fans from kitchen below and road noise from main road close by. At night it is quiet Cons: there are 2 temp controls but I see no evidence of air con and room too hot. Seems aircon only works for atrium facing rooms. External rooms have one temp controlled by reception. You can only access bath taps from inside the bath as shower screen only opens in towards the bath Shower gel and shampoo is only accessible if you are standing in showing. If bathing, you need to stand to get any gel to wash with Step leading out of bathroom. Dangerous when floor is wet. Even more so because there’s a mirror directly opposite so you can watch yourself bleed to death after you slipped and fell leaving the bathroom. Curtain in sitting room doesn’t reach full width of windows so light let in early morning and late evening in summer. Can’t really block light from bedroom as spinning TV wall doesn’t fully close and has gaps above and below No light in sitting room unless you walk over to the car corner and turn on the standing lamp. Bed mattress way too soft but that’s down to personal preference Overall a badly designed room in my opinion. Clean and comfy but badly designed. Rest of the hotel : never seen restaurant/bar man staff smile unless I make a concerted effort to make jokes and entertain. Guests should be welcomed with a smile at times
